The Originals Set
Apéritif Flavor
- A 500ml bottle of the Apéritif—your choice of Original or Berry
- 16-pack of Le Spritz, in all 4 flavors (Ghia-Soda, Ghia-Ginger, Lime & Salt, Sumac & Chili)
Tasting Notes
Original Apéritif: Bitter, citrusy, and bright. Hints of yuzu and florals. Fresh and satisfyingly bitter, it tastes like summer on the rocks.
Berry Apéritif: Bold, juicy, and tart. Real strawberry juice, fermented jasmine green tea, and black current juice offer both slightly sweet and dry expressions that linger on the tongue, and create a tannic mouthfeel.
Ghia Soda: Earthy, citrusy, and bright.
Ghia Ginger: Like that slow, calming burn of ginger with a touch of sweet.
Lime & Salt: Tart and citrusy with a dash of salt.
Sumac & Chili: Dry, very spicy, a little tangy, satisfyingly sour.
How To Enjoy
For your first sip of our Aperitif, we recommend our Magic Spritz Formula: 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.
Le Spritz is an Apéritif for any time, anywhere — in your favorite glass with a garnish, in your picnic basket or beach bag, or when you don’t have time to play bartender for your guests. Enjoy cold, ideally with friends and really good music.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there Really No Alcohol?
Nope. There’s really no alcohol. Nothing to numb the night. Or daze the day. Instead, our natural ingredients work together to chill you out and pick you up. Ghia wants you to feel good.
How Much Sugar Does Ghia Contain?
The Apéritif contains just 3 grams of sugar per serving, and Le Spritz cans contain 9-11 grams of sugar depending on the flavor. It's the good type of sugar from fruits like grapes and dates! No added sugars or artificial stuff.
Do I Need to refrigerate my bottle? How Long does it Keep once Opened?
Just like an aperitivo, Ghia can be kept on your bar cart. Once opened, it's good to consume within 3 weeks. Refrigeration is not required, but we do prefer it for the longest-lasting taste! If you have an unopened Ghia, you can display it in a cool dry place and consume it by the Best By the date listed on the bottle.
How Should I drink Ghia?
In a pretty glass. The Apéritif (read: the bottle) is a concentrate that needs to be mixed — our go-to is 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of choice, but our recipe book has more than 25 delicious recipes to help you sip. Le Spritz is ready-to-sip and best enjoyed chilled straight from the can, or on ice.
Is Ghia safe to drink during Pregnancy?
Ghia was designed for everyone - we made custom extracts with 0% alcohol content specifically for this purpose. A lot of our customers are expecting. However, we always advise women who are expecting or people with a medical condition to consult with their doctors before consuming any product at all.
What exactly is an Aperitif?
Born on the coasts of France and Italy, the classic Apéritif is a bold combination of botanicals that kickstart the appetite and the conversation.
Always spirits free
We took out the booze and the fake stuff… but we kept in all the attitude. Our pure ingredients, a biting combination of botanical extracts — no alcohol.
It's not a mocktail, it's ghia
Dry, grown-up drinks that are bright, juicy and a tiny bit bitter at the end like an Italian spritz.
